Personal Information

Graduated in December 1995 from the University of Cagliari with a degree in Physics with a Thesis dissertation LibLab: un'applicazione interattiva nella didattica della Fisica (An interactive application for teaching Phisics) concerned the educational uses of WWW LibLab Project and completed in collaboration with CRS4 and Liceo Scientifico L.B. Alberti of Cagliari. I developed the prototype of the Lib-Lab Project with the aid of several colleagues at CRS4. The simulations:

Since february 1996, I have worked at CRS4: initially as a Research Trainee in the Information and Communications Division working in the area of Technology Transfer; then as Software Engineer in the Networked and Distributed Systems Area. And now in the Educational Technology and Training group of CRS4.
Since 1997 Project Coordinator of the IAN Project (Internet, Avvisi ai Naviganti) for the dissemination of science and new technologies.
In 1998 I won the Premio giornalistico SMAU (SMAU JOURNALISM AWARD) 1997 of scientific journalism
In 1999 I have completed a Master's degree in Science Communication through a program of the International School for Advanced Studies in Trieste SISSA, with the Thesis - completed in collaboration with Istituto Tecnico Minerario of Iglesias - Viaggio virtuale nel territorio minerario sardo
